Story Summary
Naaman was a powerful army commander, but he had a sickness that no one could cure. A servant girl told him about God’s prophet Elisha, so Naaman traveled to ask for help. Elisha told him to wash in the Jordan River seven times. At first, Naaman was upset because the instruction seemed too simple and ordinary. But after his servants encouraged him, Naaman obeyed. When he washed in the river the seventh time, God healed him completely.
